w3domicile is an independent WordPress theme and plugin studio operated from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. We design, build, and sell digital WordPress products through this website.
2. Products & Licensing
GPL v2 License
All themes and plugins sold on w3domicile are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL v2). This means you are free to use, modify, and distribute them on any number of websites. The GPL license applies to the theme/plugin code only.
Updates & Support
Paid products include 1 year of updates and priority email support from the date of purchase. After 1 year, the product continues to work — you simply will not receive new updates or priority support without renewing.
Free Products
Free products are provided as-is with no guaranteed support period. We maintain free products on a best-effort basis and may submit them to the WordPress.org repository for community support.
3. Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Instamojo. By completing a purchase you agree to Instamojo’s terms of service.
All sales are final subject to our Refund Policy below. We do not offer partial refunds or exchanges.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use our products for any lawful purpose on any number of websites. You may not:

- ✗Claim authorship or ownership of our products
- ✗Use our products to build competing theme marketplaces without prior written consent

The w3domicile name, logo, website design, and all original written content on this website are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission. Theme and plugin code is GPL v2 licensed as stated above.
Demo content (images, copy, placeholder data) included in theme packages may have separate licensing — please check the readme.txt included with each product.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our themes or plugins will be error-free, compatible with every WordPress configuration, or suitable for every use case.
We strongly recommend testing any theme or plugin on a staging environment before deploying to a live website.
